SMC common problems and solutions
1. Sticky film
Formation reason: mold surface finish is not good
Solution: Increase mold finish
Formation reason: material shrinkage rate is too large or too small
Solution: Improve the shrinkage performance of the material
Cause: high pressure
Solution: reduce forming pressure appropriately
Formation reason: die ejection rod is not parallel
Solution: Check whether the ejector rod is balanced
2, lack of material, porosity
Cause: lack of pressure

4. Carbonization

5. Crack
Formation reason: insufficient curing, mold temperature discomfort

6. Bubble

7. White dots
Formation reason: mold closing progress is too slow
Solution: fast mold closing after feeding
Formation reason: mold temperature is too high, the material has been pre-cured
Solution: Reduce mold temperature

Solution: fast exhaust after mold closing, reduce the number of exhaust
