1、Snowflakes white and sticky

Formation reasons:Too much humidity in the sticker.

Solution:Because the paste paper uses white latex,white latex has a higher water content,Therefore, resin coating can only be carried out after stickers are placed for a long time.

 

Formation reasons:The ambient temperature is too low.

Solution:Some heating measures can be used to raise the ambient temperature.

 

Formation reasons:The air humidity is too high.

Solution:Paste board after drying should not be placed too long, easy to return to moisture, should be used as soon as possible.

 

Formation reasons:Accelerant, curing agent variety selection is improper or its quality is poor.

Solution:Generally use 5%, 6% concentration of cobalt water and high quality, small water content of curing agent.The gelation time is generally controlled in 4 ~ 6 minutes, and the amount of curing agent is generally 2.5 ~ 3 in the amount of cobalt water.

 

2、The resin layer too brittle

Formation reasons:Excessive dosage of accelerant and curing agent

Solution:Reduce the amount of accelerator curing agent, the gelling time is generally controlled in 4 ~ 6 minutes, the amount of curing agent is generally 2.5 ~ 3times in the amount of cobalt water

 

3、The resin layer too soft

Formation reasons:The amount of accelerant and curing agent is too small.

Solution:Increase the amount of accelerator curing agent, the gelling time is generally controlled in 4 ~ 6 minutes, the amount of curing agent is generally 2.5 ~ 3times in the amount of cobalt water

 

4、Surface brightness bad、Fullness bad

Formation reasons:Influence of film type

Solution:There are many kinds of film, so you must choose according to your own requirements.

Solution:The fullness of a thick coat is generally better than that of a thin coat.

 

Formation reasons:Selection of resin viscosity effect.

Solution:The fullness of the paint film formed by the resin with high viscosity is better.
